Just did 27 miles. Rough start but after 6 miles I felt better but summer fitness is surly gone. Can't wait for my new shoes to arrive the old ones are killing me.

I got out for about 2 hours this AM, started about 7 or so, back by 9, showered and in my PJs again by 9:30. Gonna start the turkey in a couple...

Good luck on waiting for them! Hopefully maybe Friday so you have them for the weekend?

Just got a few minutes shy of 4 hours in. 5-6 hrs on tap for tomorrow and Saturday. Nothing like spending the holidays in Florida !!
Damn dude, 4 hours, wow. Flat though eh? FL, I'll leave that part of the country to you...

WOW! Congrats dude! But honestly, what are you doing, just waiting? That's plenty of time to be out doing something like riding...

I did go home and work on the cross bike for a bit :D She is probably going to give birth late tonight, so I'll ride tomorrow.

btw - congrats, ire.
Thanks, it's an exciting time! We are producing the next Katie Compton!

Congrats ire!

I ended up on a group ride for 52 miles while the turkey cooked. Felt pretty good and it was a relatively warm day for this time of year.

had an hour so I went out and did an 18 mile loop. 2 miles in there is a nice mile long climb that I went and pegged the HR at the "Aye captain she ain't got no more and if we keep pushing her she's gonna blow" {Scotty} level. if was fun right at the end of the ride to blow though a pack at 20 and pull away from them

congrats! did ur wife have an epidural? if so, was it a favorable experience?
She was going to, but there were complications and she had to deliver via c-section. Her mom used to be an OB nurse and said there is no reason to not get an epidural :)
