lately I've been tweaking muscles in my back far to frequently, and it happens at very random times. Last night I did it mowing the grass (a lateral muscle in my mid back), about a month ago I did it riding down the street testing my brakes (a vertical muscle from my neck to bottom of my shoulder blade) - neither activity is what I would consider strenuous
It's really starting to bug me because when it is bad, I'm out of comission for a week or so, and it doesn't happen when I'm active... only when I move "just right". I've tried to stop moving "just right" but it's difficult.
Any tips? Is it a muscle strength thing? Should I start stretching every day? Any good websites on stretching exercises for back muscles?
Thanks.
