Emerilware. 10 pc set above was $199, and the extra deep saute pan was $69.
(all wedding gift $$)
These are Korean made by All-Clad. Lifetime warranty.
I usually frown at any "signature" product, but these were too good to pass up. Triple ply bottoms, (SS/copper/alum), nice flared edges, glass lids, cool handles.
We looked at the same price Calphalon stuff and it sucked next to this.

Yeah - I played with the Emeril stuff at JCPenny and the bottoms were significantly thicker...... I think I'll probably get a few pieces at some point.
yeah, we've got the same set. we have a couple of all-clad pans (braising pan and deep sauce/saute kind of thing) but got the set a few years ago and it rocks. i love being able to pan-fry fish and then finish in the oven.
another key pot to have in yr kitchen arsenal is a le creuset enameled cast-iron pan w/ lid. indispensible for cooking stuff like osso buco, short ribs, coq au vin, etc.
DING! Thanks for the idea.
We had a saute w/ salmon and this coconut milk/lemongrass thing my wife came up with. Poured over boiled yukon gold potatoes.
More dishes like this in th oven for sure.
