booked a vaca in jan, snorkeling will be done. possibly some scuba if i can manage a checkout dive between now and then, or can arrange something where we'll be.
anyways, planning on taking the gopro (hero 8 black). considering building up an underwater rig since the reefs are supposed to be good. already have the extra underwater case for it (but may get another one since mine didn't come with the filters needed for underwater, and it doesn't appear i can buy them separately for the case i have).
not trying to spend a ton (especially since underwater camera equipment can get pricey), won't be going very deep. this is what i'm looking at:

will probably get a better lanyard than what comes with the frame.
