all joking aside that's a pretty nice setup.
Thx, its not bad. Obviously I prefer professional gym equipment, but this stuff does the job. I've had this setup for about 20 years. The adjustable dumbells I have are a little on the light side @ 45 lbs max each, but whatever. Definitely works in a pinch.

dude my setup is super ghetto. i made a bench press bench out of 2x4s.
