Is there any descent programs that will "copy" or "exact copy" a USB hardware key?

You mean like a dongle that's used for copy protection? Never done it myself but I know some places will duplicate it for you.

The USB dongle you have (if that is what you are talking about), is not a memory device, it's a piece of hardware. So you don't just "copy" it - you can't make a software copy of a USB copy protection dongle any more than you can make a software copy of your motherboard. What the backups do is make a software emulation of a piece of hardware (basically a virtual device).

I was thinking the same thing. Instead of a serial device (days of old) it was simply another method.
