That's a tough one. I'd find out what year bike it is. If it doesn't have disc brakes on it, i'd think it's around a 2005 or 2004 model. I could be way wrong though.

I say its at the top of it's range value wise, the plus is you should be able to inspect it before bidding. If you're strictly trying to save cash you can shop around and get a 6 to 8 year old model in decent shape for 5 or 6 hundred.

It's a 2003. From the feedback I've received on other forums, sounds like its overpriced for the what its got. I think the seller is a middleman, probably pumping up the price for a 25% fee, or something.
Looking at some older SL models with XTR.
