Would anyone here pay $1800 for a used, 1 year old V-tach, or just buy a new VP-Free frame (or equivalent)?

I'm not selling one, just asking for opinions.

Are you looking to buy or sell? Considering that they are, what, $3100, that may be a reasonable price for a used one. But that is assuming that I would buy a new one for that MSRP.

They look like a very sweet rig. Just curious why someone would be selling it?

if it has no cracks, dents, damage, etc...and works fine...yes. You can always repaint a frame to cover dings and scratches...but if its not functionally sound...forget it!

noel makes a wicked bike...id LOVE to have one!

The Vtach is sweet but really heavy. Its about a 14 lbs frame with shock and thats the newer ones. The older Vtachs were even heavier.

Well, it's mine now. I should have it built and weighed in a couple weeks. I'll have to post some porn when it's done. It's the first bike I've had worth taking a picture of.
