I've got these old Fox knee pads that I stockpiled back when they made them but I'm running out and can't find them anymore. I know they're basically knee warmers rather than any use if you're crashing in rock gardens but half the time I just wanna stop gravel rash/skin off.

I know they're pretty much useless in a proper crash but they don't rub and don't get crazy hot in the QLD heat. They're better than no knee pads even just for placebo effect. The new Fox ones are shit, I've tried Chromag, TLD, RaceFace and Dakine options but they're all either too hot or rub on my knees while pedalling.

Does anyone know of another brand that makes a similar flimsy and flexible knee pad?

I've not tried them but I think the TSG distro was somewhere near you, they do one that may work-

For me.

I've got IXS for "XC/Enduro" type stuff. They're my fav for all of the everything.

More heavy duty, POC. That's a hard shell knee tho. But soft covered. So a bit more on the DH side. But it's really comfy. Like REALLY.

Both brands are worth a look at.

I have those same Fox pads TBH. They're not complete rubbish. IMO.

I do have Troy Lee. Dainese. yeah. Check them out too. But the two (IXS & POC) above are my go to for my "enduro" soft cock ass. :D
