I have a 2004 Cannondale H400 All Mountain Bike and want to switch to Disk Brakes on a Budget. I am OK with Mechanical but I need a complete kit, Cables, Rotors, Levers, Calipers. Anyone knoe where online I can buy them and suggest a manufacturer and cost.

Are your wheels disc-compatible? Specifically, does your hubs have mounting holes for 6 bolt rotors?

If the wheels are not, and I believe the H400 were not spec'ed with disc compatible hubs, then you will need to replace the wheels, typically $300-500 at the cheapest.

There are other factors, such as if your frame and fork will take a disc brake mount. I would head to shop to confirm these things.
