Sorry to ask this but i cant get the shock back on the 03 frame. eye-to-eye's just dont match to the frame. it's 1:30am, im tired and I hope to wake up to the magic answer in the morning. thanks yall!

V10 shock mounting question

I had that same problem on my V10, and I tried every possible way to get it in there, but no luck. It's so close too that I just loosened my shock collar a bit, which I really didn't like doing, and compressed the shock a little till it fit and then put the bolt in. I don't know if there is something I missed, but this is the quickest way I found to get it back in. I removed the stop on the chainstay, extended the rear end with no luck, it still never fit like it was supposed to. If you find another way let me know.
