Hey,

I am looking at buying a small v10. I am currently 5' 9" and growing, is this frame too small? It is a really good deal.

I would assume you mean an older one. The tt would be 21.9 inches. Seems too small to me, especially if you are still growing

damn, the lust factor is kicking in really badly. It is the 04 v10. I would be coming off of a 03 giant DH team, so i guess it would seem really small? The giant has a really tall nut cracker top tube. Any one else got a good DH frame and hub for 1000k bucks?

This is strange. Because the small TT is the same size as my medium Giant. The mediums SS v10 frame's TT is only 1 inch longer. The standover height for small, medium and large are all the same @ 30.2. So I cant see why the small is any smaller than the medium or large.

You answered your own question... The top tube is shorter.

A small V10 is very small, I'm 6'.

sence the top tube is so short, you will be cramped (have no spacefor your legs) and you will fell like all your weight is forward

I'm 6'2-3" and ride a medium 04 V10 comfortably.

5'9" and my Med is a little on the small side. The small you will never use all 11" because the seat-mast/saddle is in the way.
