I have been eating all kinds of yummy goodness this week. Most of it prepared by my best friend whom I 've been knowing since high school. He is not a chef but he is quite talented. His house is where friends of ours who are chefs go to have dinner. Anyway, here is last nights menu:

Pinon nut and currant couscous cooked w/chicken broth
Turkish stuffed grape leaves
Hommus with pita bread
Tabouli
Fresh baklava (store bought)
Turkish coffee
Tonite's meal:
Grilled lamb kabobs
Yogert sauce with minced cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice
Grilled squash
Pita with a grilled red bell pepper spread
Remainder of baklava
Frech pressed coffee

Sirloin steaks
