I need some detailed info on XC at Vail. Specifically, how straightforward is the route from Vail Pass to Vail Mountain (Commando Run). Also - what are the good singletrack routes for climbing from Vail proper to the top of Vail Mountain (Patrol Shack).
Also - after riding the Grand Traverse, is there a good singletrack route down to Minturn? How easy is it to get from the end of the Grand Traverse to the Two Elk Trail at the bottom of the bowls? We're planning to ride the G.T. from east to west.
