Wow, had an awesome weekend eating fresh veggies from my garden.

I went out to dinner on Friday to celebrate my wife's last work day till Sept. While at dinner I had Zucchini flowers filled with goat cheese batter dipped and and fried. Then plated with a Tomatillio sauce AWESOME!!!

Anybody have any really creative veggie dishes lately? Any recipes?

we got some squash flowers in our farm share and it came w/ a similar recipe...my wife stuffed 'em w/ ricotta, dipped in egg and then flour, fried up. delicious!

there was also a recipe for kale chips...some oil, sprinkled sesame seeds, salt and pepper and broil them quickly.
