OK, so this is the email I got in response to converting this format to one usable for my ESI processing software. Needless to say, I need to somehow convert to AVI. Although, any other formate would get me to the end result.
"The file provided (*.60D) is from the camera control array using a scroll bar for tilt control and having an on-screen display for tilting. The file is NOT a video feed, but rather the output of the the firmware from the actual camera operating the software..."
The file is a map allocation that provides a camera control system which permits control over the posture of the camera in the direction of titling as well as panning by using a flatly drawn map and camera icons shown on the map."
...and then info on the actual system:
the file is generated from a Vista Columbus Digital CCTV System Recording
Anyone ever deal with this before?
