So I row for Everett Rowing, as a result...I've gotten in some good shape (we took 2nd a nationals last year, going for first in a month) and I desided to fill out some stuff to get an estimate on my VO2max, which I found is 57.99. The reason why I ask what other's VO2max is, is I'm currious how this may affect my riding. I'm in the market for a road bike (currently on 2 mountain bikes, keeping up with XC guys on my 33.5lb enduro) and I want to be fast, plain and simple. So who knows there VO2max, and how well can you stay ahead of the pack (in terms of your buddies/races)? I'm just curious, I know the only way to truely know would be to go ride.
