I recently moved to a new county and I went to the county website and got all the information to register to vote. I filled it out and sent it in 3 weeks ago. I called today to follow up and they don't have record of it. They told me to call back at the end of the week and they will have the rest of the applications in the system.

Now assuming that this is just bull, can I sue the county for not allowing me to vote?

But I live in Will county Naperville, I used to live in DuPage.

DuPage in a Republican stronghold. Now that the area is moving south into Will the vote there is leaning Republican. Could it be that the county seat (Joliet) a democrat city is throwing away applications from the Naperville areas?
