happened monday. They have no HR department, it's a relatively tiny company, so I wasn't sure who to ask about where they were in the decision making process. I'm guessing I'll hear tomorrow, so beer's are on me or I'll just be drinking lots.
I'd call the person who you met with tomorrow and ask them if they've reached a decision.

Patience motherfvcker, GET SOME! Small company or not if you call them this soon after the interview it looks like you are getting impatient.

done...to everybody i met with. I think if I don't hear tomorrow, I might give the HR consultant I spoke with on the phone a call on monday to see if they've decided and whether they've sent out any offer letters.
