Back in the day, our house and the one next to it were owned by a coulple of sisters. Over the years after they sold them, fences and what not were created to seperate them as they were bought by different owners. Last summer, a construction guy bought the one next door and decided he was going to basically gut and rebuild it. So one day my roomate flushes the upstairs toilet and it comes up through the ground floor tub and toilet. Poop flowing everywhere. Turns out the two houses shared a water main before the street.
