down at the Windridge MTB course in Newnan.
Some may remember an attempt at a DH course a couple of years ago.
At one point it ran up on a huge rock but instead of dropping off the big end you turned and did a 2' drop.
Kevin and I went out yesterday to check it out. After chickening out a few times we both did the drop off of the big side. This was about the size of the big rock at the bottom of the stupid jump at Mansell. There are numerous rock formations out there to ride and a power line cut that has a set of woops to hit. Not to mention just blasting down Hell's Hill. All of this stuff is just there, ready to ride. No trail clearing or building needed. They run MX trials comps out there and it looks like a MX track in a clearing by the horse pasture. Lots of big bike stuff to session and potential to tie stuff together for runs.
We got some good video but no pictures. If anyone can host a vid I'll send it to you. I'm heading back out there this weekend. I'll bring the still camera.
