Looking for a wheelset that I can swap in and out of my gravel bike for more road-oriented rides. Too many expenditures lately, so I can't justify buying anything new or uber fancy. Trying to keep this relatively cheap.

Must be: 12x100 front, 12x142 rear, disc only. Tubeless or clincher. Need the rims to be narrow enough to at least go down to a 28mm tire.
