It was more than an ISP issue. I was down for a few hours, and my teammates weren't able to get on for a day or 2 (on different ISPs).

I did not have any down time , But I went up to My companies old Hosting site ( well we still have a couple serversthere , thats why I can get in ) and CSC and ATT were reporting DNS servers were out of syncronization yesterday. first reported at 0414, not sure when it was fixed too many logs to read, and its just not worth it to me
