We've had a lot of rain recently.
So this trail follows a stream up the canyon and after 3 miles or so all the sudden the trail (Road) stops and there's a huge drop-off...
Now I'm not a "Huckster", but I'd think even the pros would go over the bars attempting to drop this into the sandy streambed...
