Um. There's oil in your fork that you can hear splashing around inside. That's not water
If you honestly believe that there is water in your fork, pull the lowers off and change the oil. However, I don't think you got any significant water in there, I'd be willing to bet it's just oil you're hearing.
Well pull the lowers OR just take the top caps off and dump it upside down.........wait they aren't open bath
If it was a sealed cartridge and you heard fluid in there then that's something funny. If it's an open bath then there should be oil in there. If somehow water got in past the seals and such you gotta change it all.........I'd probably even leave it open for 24hrs to let things dry out really well before filling it back up with oil.
You'd have to wash your bike with a pressure washer, and aim the spray at the seals for a while before you'd get enough water in it hear it. Then you'd have more problems ahead of you though.
ok if your gonna try to fix it, and you think it might be a bit risky, dont take the chance, ride into your LBS and just ask him/her to take a quick look at it. hopefully it wont cost anything for them jsut to look and maybe touch it for 2 min
