The land is OK I guess, albeit it’s a high climate and seismic risk area, and yes it’s pretty, but there’s a lot of toxic mess to get cleaned up, and maybe most problematically like 3/4s of the tenants are absolute fucking assholes. You should be sure you can do no fault evictions or it’s absolutely a deal breaker.
Mrs is in CO at her home office for the week. I think the little one has my schedule figured out. I’ve gotten up at 5 to pedal everyday this week so far and so far the little squirt has also got up at 5 to say not today daaaaad. Can’t really complain though. Holding her for a bit to fall back asleep is ok too.
