So it's this Saturday and we've got enough to blow up our house
-- three cases of beer
-- two cases of liquor (vodka, tequilla and whiskey mostly)
-- 15 cases of wine and champagne

pretty much only my buddies will drink the beer. I know, it's not much, but at least it's good beer, yeah?

We've encouraged everyone to get a hotel room a couple blocks away. Most did.

My bride pulled strings and got most of it all for free*. That was all the beer she could get for free from the local Deschutes rep.

A woman on her wine team and a very good friend of ours used to rep Budweiser so we could've gotten as much of that for free, but really, free crap beer? Why bother?

I've been as passive as possible.

If I could've gotten away with, "just tell me the time and location"... I would've.

there were three areas of the wedding i made sure i was involved in:

1 - the invitations (used bruce licher, of Independent Project/Savage Republic fame; they are currently signed to H8R's band's label Neurot)
2 - the band
3 - the food and beer

deschutes is awesome beer though.
