I know Wifey really would like to live in GV. Or at least up in that area... Maybe we need to start looking at getting into Cherry Creek schools. I mean, we could probably get $900k for the house. It would only add $500k to our mgte.

Good morning monkeys! 65 degrees inside this morning... can't decide on pants, shoes/socks or turning on the heat. None of these options feel like winning.

Jeffco and Boulder schools are reasonable as well, so Golden and in between wouldn't be bad. MIL would probably lose her mind though. This just keeps reiterating that we should have gotten a place in Golden though. Fuck I hate Douglas County.

My wife wants no part of an anniversary gift or card exchange, because it would mean she has to get me something. We have a hard enough time filling the obligatory birthday and holiday quota.

I would imagine trail conditions are pretty premo, very limited moisture up here just a little to tamp down the dust.
