yeah, huge subdivision going in there; the old chemical plant will be a county park w/various amenities eventually. we're lobbying for a skatepark there.
but we do officially have access to the mountain now and will put in properly build dh trails once the multi-use climbing trail goes in and connects to the greenway by the river.
