My wife is doing that thing where she gets up an hour early for an appointment, but only leaves five minutes early. I don't ask, I just let her do whatever works for her.
There is some worm hole about getting ready, that females seem to get sucked into.

Every time the girlfriend and I go out, it usually starts with something like this:

Me (sitting on the couch): Hey are you ready, want to leave now?
Her: Yeah I'm ready lets go.
Me: Okay then (I then get up, go to the door and put my shoes on. READY)
Her: Let me walk over to the lint roller, get a glass of water, pet the dog goodbye....etc
Me: Hell..hmm maybe I should just shut up.

:banghead:

Training starting at 11. I am hoping that there is an extended "lunch break" in there somewhere, so I can sneak out and drive half way to the trails, then rejoin via hotspot at a gas station or something. Then drive and meetup with buddy for a ride.

We'll see how this plan works out.

HEY. I've got a four hour divisional meeting today. They are having it at an art museum, which seems like an odd locale, but whatever works. We get free admission to the museum after the meeting if we so choose.

In other news, I swam 2500 yards this morning.

Morning Monkeys.

Taking Frita to have the shop recheck the alignment since it seems to have a weird pull at freeway speeds. Everything is new, so I would expect it to roll pretty well, but I could just have high hopes. We all know I'll be high, we will find out about the hopes.

Also filing a grievance to try and get my MRI finally approved. Fack

rode the cargo bike in, because stupid 26 x 4.0" tires/tubes are precious princesses that do not want to remain turgid so that I may ride them

Sitting here at a rest stop on the way to the trails, doing this training. Should have brought a pillow, I'm about to fall asleep. ITIL training. :lazy2:

Haven't touched anything ITIL since I did the foundation forever ago. The monthly security "training" videos we have to watch which are a drama on hacking/police investigation make me want to plug random USB sticks into everything to make it end.

First time shooting a jewelry store. Light was meh, but should be alright. Picked up seed return all afternoon.

Now at swim lessons for Madelyn.

A longtime seed/Deere/insurance customer is retiring. He has a very nice tractor that is worth 60-70k. He said due to how I’ve treated him over the years he’ll sell it to me for 32k. Holy fuck. I gave him a hug.
