Fitness coach basically told me I'm fat and that I should lose 40# by January. We were talking about Haley. :shakefist:
how did your ride on the neighborhood trails on your neighbor's borrowed e-bike go?

At first I thought it was strange that you are interested in the hygiene of strangers nether regions.
I am interested in bringing salvation to all ye heathens with unclean buttholes

was gonna ride but storms nixed those plans.
Fucking storm. Half of a maple tree in my property fell in the storm and onto a neighbor's property. Thankfully no damage on the neighbors side, but it did take out part of our fence. The other half of the tree is gonna need to come down too, but thankfully that's not an imminent danger as it didn't uproot.

Hey still here! Trying to sort out my new existance, sans family.

My wife doesn't understand why I want to my bike stand where she would put a dining table.

I have not ridden a bike yet. I have not had a free weekend yet.
When you get the time let me know. I'll spin around North Table or Green Mountain with you on e-bikes. Something sedate enough for the hand.

Great ride tonight.

But God damn, there is something wrong with my bike.....again.

Was plowing down a very rooty and chunky trail, when I could hear and feel my cassette (and chain) stop spinning for a moment.

It wasn't totally locked up, but I could feel the chain going slack.

But when I stopped, everything was back to normal. It didn't it again 10 feet later, but again when I jammed on the brakes and checked, nothing was wrong - chain tight, able to spin pedals and back pedal no problem.

It did this last Wednesday once as well, but I just thought maybe a stick went in the chain or something.

I'll have to open the hub I guess. Everything else looks fine....

Ugh. These types of problems are annoying. I'd rather something obvious be busted.

I’ve had this happen and the culprit was a broken spoke.

I’ve also had this caused by a hub exploding internally.

Good luck.

I'll check again for a spoke, good call. Maybe it's wedged in there and not loose enough for me to feel while grabbing them quickly.

Hopefully not a hub... I've had some break and usually those are accompanied with some snapping sounds or grinding - don't have anybof that. Fingers crossed.

Probably just a glitch in the simulation

@canadmos I had an issue with the hub axle breaking and then the freehub would catch as you were rolling forward. It was fine in the stand. Could be a bent or crack in the axle that only rears its head certain times

@Toshi I had bathrooms done at my old house- are you interested or just wondering whether people are buying butthole cleaners?

Aint nobody got time to fix stuff, the bike is loaded in the car for tonight's ride!

I will do a quick check before the ride and cross my fingers in hopes that it doesn't happen again. :D
