Look at that. Won an award at work for my invaluable and obviously irreplaceable contributions to the success of the organization.

I look forward to proudly displaying the certificate in my cube as a reminder. That piece of paper is the only motivation I need to give it my all day in and day out.

In a van.... down by the river
What is this "refill the hot tub" you speak of? We use ours year round!
You're "supposed" to refresh your water in your spa every 90 days. Or so my user manual says.

I change the water when it gets difficult to see through *or* gets difficult to balance the levels.

Afternoon. Ugh....just spent WAY too much money ordering new deck supplies. Gonna be time to build soon! Who wants to come help?
NOT IT!! :panic: :D

how to get a nice raise. Be the number 2 guy in the company, Deal with all the shit that the #1 guy (CEO) is not equipped to deal with. Threated to quit because you aren't getting paid enough to deal with the employee and mechanical issues and still work the field. CEO came back and said tell me how much you want a I will make it happen. I'm thinking a minimum 25% raise and I'm still quitting in 2 years as planned (not that he knows that).

do yourself a favor and truly comp your wages on a national level and include a year of severance
