Tomorrow’s gonna be even longer. Have to get up at 4 a.m. to deliver the wife to the airport in Lisbon by 5:30.

Summer has turned cold and wet and not making for the best trails. I would much rather take dust and warm and not end up being cold like I did this weekend when I got caught in a shower.

Got dropped from VA healthcare system because I wasnt seen by my PCM last year. Had to wait 4 months for an appointment with another. Got cancelled because he suddenly quit. Waited another 2 months for another opening. Saw PCM yesterday. Just to be seen and keep my account active. What a pain.

Nice tridouche pics from my 70.3 race Sunday. The rain had started in the bike pic, but it hadn't really started. There were a couple of amateur photographers spectating the race and posted a shitload of free pics in the race facebook group. That was very nice of them. The run pic is with a quarter mile to go in the race and I was feeling good.
