GFM! Today is my Friday! Car is mostly packed up with camping/biking stuff, looking forward to 2 days at the Kingdom and 2 days in the Whites. I'm kind of liking these 3 day work weeks...

Going to look at a house today. Got to try and get into another one, the trench is approaching, and we are setting up at the house.

Two weeks of vacation has officially started. Flying to Denmark later today with wife and boys. If the crappy weather is not too crappy I will do some mtb with my brother and old riding buddies.

Had to work late last night (4:30), then got home and did more work. Well, I was just monitoring some stuff and didn't really "do" anything. Kind of felt like Quo Fan there for a bit.

I don't imagine this would work for trail use, but it sounds like a nice idea for a neighborhood walk if you live in an area like I do where neighbors sincerely object to off leash animals...

our post-inspection offer amendment was accepted. Was way more dramatic than it needed to be cuz our agent sux. it was a victory for us though & it saved us $5k.
moving forward now.
seems like we could close by the 2nd week in Aug.
