It also seems that in the past decade or so, Americans have gotten progressively dumber and fatter. I read an article not too long ago about the correlation between intelligence and diet based on a study done on mice. The mice that were fed a diet high in fat performed poorly compared to those fed a more healthy diet.

I don't think you can discuss this subject without bringing up how people now apply faith and religious certainty to politics. The idea that what you believe is right, in spite of conflicting evidence, is much more dangerous than stupidity.

I was talking to some random redneck over the weekend.

So Obama likes to talk about how they extended the unemployment. So I get my extension and they are going to reduce it unless I get a job. So now I HAVE TO GET A JOB because I can't afford my boat payment on reduced unemployment. Thanks a lot, Obama.
