I got a pike even though it was recommended by people here that I shouldnt. I have to say that it rocks even though I have only ridden it for a hour. Need to get stiffer springs but other than that it feels great. felt great off some 3 foot drops and handled real well on the trails. ill keep you up to date on it.

Was it the typical RS hater recommendations, or was it first hand knowledge they were speaking from? Just curious, as I'm thinking about this fork also.

some of it was the hater stuff but most was based on the fact that it was a brand new fork and never tried out.

im about 200lbs and i did not get the springs yet, but i have raced on it today and it is sweet and the compression worked AWESOME!!!

I bought my new fork too

5-6" just under 5lbs, no need for spring changes, one coil and the other side is air, low-speed compression adjustment with blowoff up to lockout, rebound adjust...

Interesting considering that Marz's first 150mm single crown weighed about 7lbs.

Did a good ride on it too, it works Too bad about the color.

Ill probably order the heavier springs to start (240). I wonder how easy of a job it is to swap springs. .....

Im just trying to decide between the team in blue (with pop loc), or race in black without remote lever. The main difference between the 2 is the steerer and crown. Basically weight. Functionally they are the same. Im sorta leaning to the race since its black to match my black bike, and also a bit cheaper...so i can also order new rims...... to replace my haggered 3yr old singletracks.
