swapped La's forx no problemo. My dream of becoming a skilled bike wrench now seems obtainable. :D I didnt destroy anyhting & feel damn proud. :dancing:

now my next question....how hard is it to adjust the travel on a fox vanilla?

As to your question, I suspect it'll be easier than installing the fork. Of course, I could be completely wrong. :think: :D

all i know is that it is done internally & that scares the hell out of me. :help:

Easy there holmes. Don't get all I am superman cuz you knocked off a crown race. However, vanillas are supposed to be pretty easy. You don't want to be crankin real hard on any of the parts though. A torque wrench and a manual are certainly worth your while.

trust me, I dont think i am all manofsteel & stuff....deffinetly still bull in a china shop. :D

Watch out though I heard of this one guy, went to take his shock apart and the spring flew out and poked out the eye of his wifes, brothers, daughters poodle... I think its name was Laura... I dont know if thats a wierd sign that you shouldnt do it or what, hell maybe its a sigh that you should.

It definitely involves partially disassembling your fork, which I know I would never be comfortable doing to my own stuff, let alone somebody else's fork. :dead:
