Rode into work today - first time on the bike since I broke my hand. Felt pretty good, bike felt great. Had some discomfort on the drops, but not bad.

It was a slow ride for sure, at least it felt slow, but I'm just happy to be back on the bike and incident free.

Now I've got a 40-mile ride home. That should be a test...

What happened? Did you get hit by a car or something? If so I did too on July 16th. I was T boned on the crosswalk by a vehicle attempting to turn right on red. Tore my MCL, and swelled up my leg for a month. I am back ridding my roadie now, but now my other knee is killing me. Rode 76km 2 days ago, and the last 20km I had to ride with one leg the pain was so bad. So be careful and take it easy. Who knows what else might hurt you don't even know about yet. I can't even ride my BMX or DH rig, it hurts to bad to rid either. Good luck on your recovery.
