The North Mills River area is better for camping anyway IMO... it's a bit more off the beaten track than Davidson River so doesn't attract RV's and the likes.

Not for long, considering there's a subdivision potentially going in INSIDE N. Mills. Probably the stupidest thing ever....The North Mills River area is better for camping anyway IMO... it's a bit more off the beaten track than Davidson River so doesn't attract RV's and the likes.

But yeah, you'd be even better off if you camped off 1206 (yellow gap rd), as that would put you right between davidson and mills, in the heart of all the trails.
