There were 4 of Us , Me , SloMoJo, If_rider and If-rider Broter in law , Marty. It rained last night around 5 AM, soe every thing was wet , it was not raining when we started but about 1/2 hour it started raining lightly.

Here I F_rider tried to cross some rocks.

He didn't Make it

Next IF_rider decided to try a really steep rock face.

you can see here in the picture he is already getting sidways .

he did a beutifaul face plat at the bottom! I didn't take a picture , I was more worried if he was OK.

and has you can tell , it just was not IF_riders day.

Here he is deciding to have a seat in a mud hole.

Things were definatly getting slick.

I took a digger on an off camber rock , when My tires just slipped out from under me.

But SloMoJo , still decide to make the attempt.

He made it, made it lokk as easy as it is when its dry.

Marty going up a rock with out too much trouble. I went that way too. was slick but not too bad , sice I expected it to slip a bit.

Sounds like it was a mess.

dude what a sweet place. im gonna try to make it up therre in the fall.maybe a guided tour is needed in exchange for cold beer?

Hehehe as a Pac.N.W. rider i gotta say i take great delight in watching all you slip and crash in the wet stuff.:devil:
i really like riding in the wet sometimes you gotta throw your bike around, get super light on stuff, and just let go and go where the slippery stuff takes you then take charge when the slick let's you go. A real work out and very humbling when you do almost everything right and you still eat dirt.

Ya gotta love when you and your riding buddies are like high-fiving, saying "yeah, that was slippery as hell, but fun!" and then some poor sap comes out of the trail cussin, throwing his bike on the ground and is all "f*ck this stupid ass sport!"

not everyone rides with their seat slammed all the time. if you pedal more than a few miles it pays to not have your knee's hittin you in the forehead.

No we are used to riding on the wet stuff , and Ice and snow covered , it just so happened it was just on the edge , where we thought we could do some of the stuff as dry ,and it wasn't.

It still didn't stop us, we kept riding. and had a great time.
