I don't usually speak in terms of "complex" or "finish" and I'm not a wine snob. This beer absolutely explodes in your mouth! One sip and there's so much going on in your mouth it's amazing. I get the warmth of alcohol (11.9% abv), white grapes?, spices and of course a great beer flavor. It's a quadruple belgian style ale. I have to do some research to find out exactly what that means.

Definitely a treat.

Now I have to have the discipline to wait 6-12 months to try another bottle to see if it gets better with age.

It should age quite well.

Haven't had that particular one. I'll have to keep an eye out for it.
