Thats a DuDu (dUal slalom dUal suspension) They used to make them awhile back. I think that Fabien Barrel has one now, thats probably his bike, ive seen pics and thats the same set up he runs. But as far as i know they arnt made. I think they were 4" travel.

No longer available to the public, but the whole Kona-Clarks team rides them for 4x and slalom.
