It's Saturday afternoon here, this morning I went on a ride 780meters of climbing 30 odd km long, 70% technical single track in beech forrest 20% fire road and the rest tarmac. Excellent excellent 4 hour ride with colin (for a 54 year old christ he's fit!! ).
Now at home the sun is shinning, it's a lovely summer day, I have Beer and in the oven cooking is 2 steak and cheese pies and oven fries, the sterreo is cranking some summery Dub....... Life is good. :love:
