Its called Koncho, not the game but the ass poking.

My best friend married a sushi chef and they had this game called koncho... they would see someone bending over... put their hands together with their index fingers sticking out and BAM 2 fingers in the rear and they would say KONCHO!. Its the most annoying thing ever.

That they have a video game is even more annoying.

Riiiight. Well in any case it has made me laugh. Although I don't understand why they call it "spanking", since you're actually shoving a finger in someones butthole.
