No, I believe you to be incorrect in that assumption. I would fathom to guess its more out of boredom, trying to initiate a thread of like minded people who could either not sleep, are enjoying a drink, or skipped an AA meeting.

Me, I had mid terms, and decided to listen to my music on the PC, Children Of Bodom, Iron Maiden.

Essentially, I was respectful enough of my wife to post what I was drinking as opposed to being any more obnoxious than I already am with the TV cranked up loud.

And lets face it, some people like to drink…..
