hahaha not really, the 2 bands are in my head together. Funny story about both those bands, I went to see veil at the parkside (small venue in SF, literally holds 100 people) and it happened to be animals first tour, tosin came out in his black concert wear (like he was in an orchestra) and quite literally blew my mind, I was 5 feet from him jaw dropped eyes on guitar the entire set. Periphery was also on the bill, and we had the amazing fortune of that show being the only show their vocalist has ever missed (he was sick) so we got periphery all instrumental, it was epic.
After the show Marc also noticed we were both wearing new found glory shirts, BSed for a while and ended up smoking a doobie with him and Tosin,
Tosin makes me never want to touch my guitar ever again. His promo vid he did for EMG pickups is unreal. Watching it now since we brought it up.
I just installed some EMG pickups in my guitar the other day....I'm thinking I'll be able to play like that now. Or else I'll want my money back.
