Hey good idea for a thread. Personally, I have a Diamondback Response. Real nice overall. Takes a pretty hard beating from me. And, it only cost like $300:thumb:

Cool. I just got back from my first "real" ride on the specialized...it took a pretty good beating, and it is still in one piece...I guess it has a lifetime warranty on the frame for a reason.

I have a Yeti 575 and a Dean Ace. Those are the two mountain bikes I ride the most. I won't bother to go into detail on the whole collection :)

Cheers!

Do you like it?
Hell yeah I do. I couldnt be happier, things sexy as hell, and the thing is a beast, all the "this bike is too heavy to go uphill and cant drop" crap is wrong, this thing can drop 10' to flat easily (I'm 170, and straight from the box it didnt bottom out)and can pedal uphill with ease (i'm in pretty good shape though).

It was a pretty massive upgrade from my cannondale (which I got used for like 200)though, so I haven't been spoiled by much... I'm taking it down to windrock apparently in october, never been there but heard it will be the first "real" test for it. Plans for whistler in the summer.

We're talking XC, right? Schwinn Homegrown Ltd., Monocog Flight 29'er and a K2 Apache 6.0 running 650b's (a-w-e-s-o-m-e!! :banana::banana::banana:)

Yep... all of my bikes are antiques... :disgust1:

Looking to add a FS for XC... maybe a Superlight... and something to replace the aging (and creaking) Yeti... leaning towards a Foes Fly... my lack of time recently has me looking longingly at single-pivot simplicity... :twitch:

Kona Explosif for my x-c pleasures...It's a "leftover" frame from a million years ago (2000, I think) but I've ridden the absolute poop outta that thing and I love, love, love it!! KONA ROCKS! :banana:

(Santa Cruz Bullit for my DH pleasures, but that's a different thread!).

Edit: I'll try to get some pics up in a timely manner...
