I have a Minolta film and a Sharp digi. Sharp only made 2 cameras for a year or two. I got one on clearance and have been very happy with it. It is a 4 MP that I paid $200 for. This was in 2002 I think when most 4 meg cameras were $500+.
I have a Canon Elph that I use for riding and stuff. Nice and compact for easy storage.
I also have both a Minolta and a Nikon SLR with lenses that I got from my Dad and Grandfather that I don't know how to use, really. I'd love to have a digital SLR, but I really can't justify it when I don't use the cameras I have other than the elph. I think I'm just too lazy to deal with film. ink:
I'm on my second Canon digital and have had 2 Canon SLRs. I'm by no means a photographer (much more of a point-and-shoot guy) but I am fairly rough on my equipment and am picky, no complaints on any camera.
