CDR is the file extension for the Corel Draw Vector drawing file, and for the Raw Audio-CD data file. If it's the latter just make a data disc, close it and see if it plays. Or, you could make an ISO image from the CDR's and burn with your normal method. If they're Corel Draw files, Corel Draw is your solution. Also, I believe I saw a piece of recovery software that used that extension for CD Recovery files
