My little girl would go out in a thunderstorm with her jacket wide open if she could.

As you already know, she kept complaining of being frozen last night when she was stuck in our car which wouldn't start.

Well today, me and her went for a 15 minute cycle in the pouring rain and blystery winds but I had to blackmail her into zipping her jacket.

So, how can I get her to do it, without needing to blackmail her?

2. Threaten to withhold meth if she doesn't zip up her jacket.

A tin of Spam can be heated by shortcircuiting a phone battery using the can. Try not to breath in the fumes, it takes about a month for that headache to go away. Poptart wrappers offer very little reflective qualities. Do not use them to reheat lamb meat. Even after you scrape the black melty bits off the flavor is ruined.
